We've all been there, by sitting in a large class, sometimes the instructor does not have the time to go back and give you the attention you may need. You may feel uncomfortable asking the "dumb" questions no one else dares to ask. Soon after, you feel lost or confused.
The main goal of ICT (Individualized Computer Training) is to guide and inspire students to learn about computer technology, giving personal attention to a student's needs. We know that the personal attention given is more conducive to a learning environment. In this setting, the student is not intimidated into not asking questions.
At ICT we will give you the personal attention and understanding from an instructor who cares and makes it a point that you fully understand the material. And if you think that learning from a CBT (Computer Based Training), or CD is the answer, try it and tell us after you wake up from your sleep.
You need the human interaction on a personal basis in your training. And that is the goal of ICT - to provide the attention you need so you enjoy your experience and retain more.
