Mr. Rosario has lived in the Henderson, Nevada area since 1978. He grew up in New York and attended SUNY at Stony Brook for his Bachelor's degree and received his MBA from National University in 1988.
Mr. Rosario has held positions both in government and private industry as Technical Writer, Systems Analyst, Programmer, and Instructor. He has been at Webster University since 1996 where he is Adjunct Professor of Information Technology in the Master's program. He is a full-time computer analyst at the Recorder's office for Clark County in Las Vegas, Nevada where he co-administers a LAN using Netware, Windows2000, and other systems.
Prior to working at Clark County Recorder's Office, Mr. Rosario worked at the Clark County School District as a Systems Analyst. He analyzed and maintained various student systems on the mainframe as well as on PCs, and was involved in the Y2K systems conversions. Before leaving the School District, Mr. Rosario analyzed and put in place for the first time governor Guinn's Millennium Scholarship. Mr. Rosario has also worked in the Gaming industries and for a Department of Energy contractor where he held a "Q" clearance.
